Tara Dalebout is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in privacy law, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Privacy Innovation at KPMG Nederland since October 2017. In this role, Tara is involved in various aspects of the internal KPMG AVG/GDPR implementation project, including drafting and revising contracts, protocols, and policies, providing privacy advice to numerous business units, developing privacy training, and maintaining an article 30 register. Prior to KPMG, Tara worked as an Attorney at Law at VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne from August 2016 to June 2017 and as a lawyer at De Klerk & Rozemeijer Advocaten from June 2013 to August 2016. Tara's educational background includes a Master of Laws in Criminal Law from Leiden University and a Bachelor of Laws from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, alongside completion of various legal training programs.
