Holton Chason

Holton Chason, CPA, is currently the Managing Director of M&A Tax in the Partnership Transaction Group at KPMG. They began their career as a Business Development Intern at Planned Systems International in 2012 and have since held various positions at leading firms including Grant Thornton LLP and PwC. Holton earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Accounting from James Madison University. Their extensive experience in tax-related roles has positioned Holton as a significant contributor to partnership transactions in the M&A field.
