Jenny Sugiarto

Jenny Sugiarto is an accomplished Director at the Competition and Markets Authority since December 2021, with extensive experience in competition economics. Currently serving as Director of Competition Economics at KPMG since December 2012, Jenny has led economic analyses on significant UK and European competition cases, including advising a large industrial manufacturing client and engaging with an asset management firm regarding the FCA study. Previously, as Senior Associate at RBB Economics from December 2003 to December 2012, Jenny contributed to various competition law cases across multiple countries, specializing in merger effects and abuse of dominance investigations. Academically, Jenny holds a Master’s degree in Economics for Regulation & Competition from City St George’s, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
