John Ferrarella, CPA, is a Partner in State and Local Tax Mergers & Acquisitions at KPMG, where they have held leadership roles since 2020. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2020, John served as a Senior Manager in the same area at KPMG, and from 2014 to 2017, they were a Tax Senior Manager at Deloitte Tax LLP, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions Transaction Services. John earned a Master of Science in Taxation from Saint John's University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance, and Insurance from Northeastern University.
