Prior experience includes roles at BearingPoint and Cambridge Technology Partners, where Ghosh managed large-scale consulting projects and led technical teams in developing complex systems for major firms. Ghosh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and possesses a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.
