Mark Warne-Smith

Mark Warne-Smith is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in consulting and finance transformation. Currently serving as Director at KPMG since September 2021, Mark previously held significant roles such as Head of Finance Transformation and Commercial Operations at Vodafone Business and Head of Enterprise Finance Transformation at Vodafone. Earlier experience includes positions at EY as a Manager and KPMG as a Finance Management Consultant. Mark's career began at Xerox, where roles included FP&A and contract accountant as well as Outright Sales and Inventory accounting analyst. Mark is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, having earned the ACCA designation between 2008 and 2011.
