Matthew Curtis is a power and infrastructure sector specialist with over 20 years of experience in financial advisory and lending related to greenfield and brownfield assets across the energy supply chain, transport, and various economic and social infrastructure projects. They served as a Director at KPMG since 2020, advising on project finance for the power and utilities sector, and were previously a Director in their own consultancy from 2017 to 2020. Matthew held the position of Associate Director at Bayerische Landesbank from 2004 to 2007, where they structured senior debt facilities for major projects, and worked at Investec from 2007 to 2017, focusing on financial advisory for power and infrastructure assets in Europe and Africa. Prior to these roles, they gained experience as a Strategy Consultant at PwC and as an Analyst at The Brattle Group, assisting public and private sector clients with complex issues in the power and telecom sectors.
