Michael Hayes

Michael Hayes is currently the Director of Actuarial at KPMG, a position they have held since 2019. Previously, they worked as an Actuarial Consultant at EY and held various actuarial roles at KPMG in the years leading up to their current position. Their extensive experience also includes serving as the Director of Insurance Risk Management at ING Nederland and as a Director at Prudential Financial. Michael holds a Master's degree in Actuarial Science from Georgia State University, where they studied from 1993 to 1996.
