Rick Wallace

Rick Wallace is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in change management and organizational transformation across various prestigious firms. Currently serving as a Director at KPMG since October 2016, Rick previously held the position of Change Management Consultant at EY, leading significant business transformation initiatives for large organizations. Prior to EY, Rick worked at IBM, where roles included Organizational Change Manager and Strategy and Change Manager, contributing to high-profile mergers and banking transformations. Rick's early career included positions at Zurich Insurance Company as an Account Executive and Liberty Mutual as a Lead Underwriter. Rick holds an MBA in Organization Management from Emory University - Goizueta Business School and a BA in International/Global Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
