Sean S.

Sean S. has a comprehensive background in M&A tax, having held several positions at KPMG from May 2017 to September 2018, including M&A Tax Managing Director and M&A Tax Senior Associate. Prior to this, Sean gained experience as a Tax Intern and Tax Associate at KPMG, progressing to roles such as M&A Tax Manager and Senior Tax Associate. In addition to this, Sean completed a Tax Internship at Lutz & Company in early 2012. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned between 2008 and 2012.
