Currently serving as the Procurement Lead at KPN Corp since August 2023, Allen is responsible for developing procurement strategies, leading supplier performance evaluations, and overseeing purchasing processes. As the Founder of Alleri, a company offering cleaning equipment and general supplies, Allen has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Prior to KPN Corp, Allen held the position of Procurement Lead at Alterra Indonesia and Vendor Management and Supply Chain Lead at OYO Indonesia, along with roles in purchasing coordination at Wilmar International and PT ACE Hardware Indonesia. Allen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from BINUS University.

KPN Corp is a holding company established in 2019 and headquartered in Jakarta. Operationally, KPN Corp has been running since 2015, but with a different identity.
