Rolles Herwin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology, analytics, and education. Currently serving as the HC Technology & Analytic Head at KPN Corp since July 2023, Rolles has previously held significant leadership roles, including IT College Chairperson at Triputra Group and Head of Product at Satupoin Indonesia. An experienced faculty member at Bina Nusantara University for over a decade, Rolles has taught various information systems courses and supervised theses. Known for driving improvements in teaching quality, curriculum development, and operational efficiency, Rolles also has a strong background in HR operations, having served in roles at United Overseas Bank Limited and Asia Pulp & Paper. Rolles holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Computer Science from BINUS University.

KPN Corp is a holding company established in 2019 and headquartered in Jakarta. Operationally, KPN Corp has been running since 2015, but with a different identity. Identity change is based on merging all business entities into one management. At that time, all entities had their policies for running their business. As a business unit, KPN Corp oversees various commodities, including plantation, cement, property, trading, shipping and logistics, and energy. Several business activities have spread throughout Indonesia and have even reached Vietnam for the construction of a cement factory. Commodity Cement commits to providing the best products and solutions. We have successfully distributed our products to the 17 provinces in Indonesia through our effective and efficient distribution and marketing networks in Sumatera, Kalimantan, Java, Bali, and Southeast Nusa. For plantations, our main business is harvesting and processing Fresh Fruit Bunch, Crude Palm Oil, Palm Kernel, Crude Palm Kernel Oil, and Palm Kernel Shell. Business activities are in Riau, Jambi, South Sumatera, West Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, West Sulawesi, and Papua. With the support of more than 30,000 workers, KPN Corp continues to develop its business for the welfare of society through the superior products it has produced.
