Anne van Dam

Anne van Dam is an experienced recruitment and engineering advisor currently holding the position of Adviseur Engineer Experience and Recruitment Business Partner Campus at KPN since May 2022, focusing on talent acquisition through various programs and junior roles. Prior to KPN, Anne worked at YoungCapital from October 2019 to May 2022 as a Senior Recruiter for Large Accounts, managing recruitment and candidate evaluation for KPN. In addition, Anne gained valuable experience in public relations at BESTSELLER during an internship, worked in sales and marketing at Woonwinkel De Tafelaar for five years, and completed internships in lifestyle editing at DPG Media Nederland and in communication and interior design at IKEA Group. Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Hogeschool Leiden and completed a diploma in Interior Design as well as a course in Career Coaching from LOI.
