Anne van Otterlo

Anne van Otterlo is an experienced professional in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Domain Manager for Mobile Network - Packet Core & IDM (a.i.) and Domain Lead for Mobile Network Packet Core at KPN since February 2021. Prior to this, Anne held various significant roles at Nokia from April 2007 to January 2021, including Account CTO and Head of Technology, primarily focusing on LTE development for the Global Vimpelcom team in Russia. Earlier career stages include positions at Siemens Communications and Lucent Technologies, where Anne drove advancements in technical sales and introduced key technologies like Carrier Selection and VoIP. Academic achievements include a PhD in Theoretical Physics from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a Master's from Utrecht University.
