Berlinda van Den Hoeven

Berlinda van den Hoeven holds the position of EVP Finance TDO at KPN since November 2020, following a role as Manager Group Performance at a.s.r. verzekeringen from April 2019 to September 2020. Prior to that, Berlinda served as directeur Finance & Risk at Achmea from September 2010 to March 2019, achieving significant cost savings and improvements in the risk profile for Achmea IT. Berlinda's earlier experience includes managing Planning & Control for Achmea’s Group Finance and leading various financial optimization initiatives. Before Achmea, Berlinda worked as Manager Concern Planning & Control at Unive, VGZ, IZA, and Trias, focusing on strategic planning and financial process improvements. Berlinda began a tenure at KPN as a Business Control Manager in 2002, overseeing consumer segment business control and corporate control. Berlinda earned a degree in Accountancy (drs. RA) from Nivra/Nijenrode between 1989 and 1996.
