Carmen Li

Carmen Li is an experienced Scrum Master at KPN since January 2016, specializing in facilitating and coaching teams to achieve full Scrum maturity while enhancing team dynamics through interpersonal relationship investment. Previously, Carmen served as a Change Consultant and Process Manager at KPN, focusing on implementing high-impact projects, conducting thorough impact analyses, and developing structured implementation approaches. Other roles include Project Manager and Process Specialist at KPN and Brunel, where Carmen managed various projects and process improvements in network management, telecom, and service processes. Carmen holds a Master's Degree in Contemporary Asian Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's Degree in Trade Management aimed at Asia from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, along with multiple certifications in ITIL, Prince2, and Lean Six Sigma.
