Dave De Krom

Dave De Krom is currently the Director of Onboarding & Programs at KPN, where they are responsible for onboarding and program management for existing and new large business customers. They previously held the position of Director of Customer Service at KPN Wholesale, overseeing wholesale operations and focusing on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Prior to that, Dave served as Manager of Customer Operations, enhancing communication and operational processes for wholesale customers, and held roles in channel management, product management, and formula management at KPN. Dave graduated with an HBO in Communication from Hogeschool INHOLLAND in 2006.
