Jetske Postma

Jetske Postma has over 25 years of experience in various managerial and coaching roles, with a primary focus on Agile methodologies at KPN since 2001. In the capacity of Scrummaster, Teamcoach, and Agile coach, responsibilities have included organizing workshops, coaching teams towards self-organization, and facilitating Scrum events. Previous roles at KPN encompassed Changemanager, Business Implementatie Manager, and Programmamanager, leading significant projects and changes within the organization. Earlier experience includes consultancy at Pentascope, managerial positions at Insinger de Beaufort and AEGON, and a foundational management development program at AEGON. Jetske holds a Master's degree in Business Law from Leiden University.
