Joost Buitelaar

Joost Buitelaar is a seasoned software developer and architect with extensive experience at KPN since 2008, specializing in J2EE and tablet software development. Joost designed and developed the 'Digitaal Loket' application to streamline data management for KPN's mobile cell network operations.
