Judith Weerts

Judith Weerts is a seasoned professional in talent management and leadership development, currently serving as VP of Talent, Leadership & Culture at KPN since November 2023. In addition, Judith has been operating as a Leadership & Talent consultant, coach, and trainer with Igniting Talent since January 2019, focusing on consulting, team development, and customized training programs. Previous roles include Manager of Leadership & Talent Development at HEINEKEN, Manager of Human Resources at Pon, and Global Director of Organizational Development and Learning & Development at TomTom. Judith started her career as a Management Consultant at Hay Group and holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Maastricht University, along with certifications in Coaching and High Performance Leadership.
