Mayte Rondon is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in strategic roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the IT Strategy Lead Digital at KPN since January 2026, Mayte previously worked at Rituals (B Corp™) from April 2022 to December 2025, where roles included Principal Data Products Domain Owner & Strategy Lead for People, Finance, Legal & Sustainability, as well as Senior Manager for Data Platform. Prior to that, Mayte held the position of Sr. Product Owner in E-commerce & Growth at LeasePlan from July 2020 to March 2022 and was IT Manager at Cuba Travel Network for over a decade. Mayte’s career also includes roles as Software Engineer at ETECSA_Cuba and various positions focusing on product ownership, project management, and software development.
