Niels Goedvolk

Niels Goedvolk is an experienced Scrum Master and Agile Coach currently supporting multiple agile DevOps teams at KPN while scaling with the LeSS framework, and has held a position at Sopra Steria as Scrum Master and Team Lead since June 2021. Previously, Niels contributed to Philips for nearly a decade in various roles including Scrum Master for digital marketing squads, Consumer Journey Manager within the Consumer Engagement & Care Tribe, and UX Researcher & VUI Designer focused on Amazon Alexa projects. Niels also possesses a strong background in online marketing and media production through roles at Studio Goedvolk and other organizations, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Media & Entertainment Management from Stenden University and an MBO-4 in Human Technology from Alfa-college.
