Ray Williams

Ray Williams is a seasoned crisis manager currently serving as the Calamiteiten- en Crisis Manager at KPN TDO CISO. Previously, they held roles such as Major Incident Manager and Change Coordinator at KPN, where they managed major incidents and oversaw comprehensive change control processes. Ray's earlier experience includes coaching MBO students at Zaak & Co and working as a technician at Sony Nederland. They hold an HBO Bachelor’s degree in Bedrijfskunde Management with a focus on Project Management from NCOI, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
