William Whien has extensive experience in the telecommunications and healthcare operations sectors, currently serving as a Field Engineer in Healthcare Operations at KPN since April 2004. In this role, William has been responsible for configuring CLB alert systems for new projects and providing service on existing systems. Prior to this, William held various engineering positions at KPN from 1993 to 2004, including roles in system integration, retail and supermarket field engineering, and preparation work for fiber optics and transmission equipment. William's career began at PTT Telecom from 1991 to 1993 as a Technician for transmission equipment in public telephone exchanges. William holds a degree from MTS Ede, completed between 1986 and 1991.
