Rene Gunn

Rene Gunn's work experience begins in 2008 when they joined Elavon, Inc. as a Project Director for Customer Experience and Lifecycle Management. Rene later became a Senior Director and then the Head of Customer Account Management and PCI Compliance Program. In 2017, Rene joined nCourt, LLC as the Head of Customer Success and Payments Security. Rene then moved on to become a Customer Success Project Governance Executive at Client Shields in 2019. During this time, they also participated in a cybersecurity certification program at Mossé Cyber Security Institute. Finally, in 2020, Rene became the Chief of Business Operations and Governance at KR Elixir, Inc. - IT Services & Solutions.

Rene Gunn has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cybersecurity Policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Additionally, Rene has completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt programs at the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. Rene also holds a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications, General from Pratt Institute.

In terms of additional certifications, Rene has obtained the "Characteristics of a Great Scrum Master" certification from LinkedIn in June 2020.
