Kyle Kraemer

Kyle Kraemer is currently the Vice President at Kraemer Brothers. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Engineer for The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company from July 2007 to August 2010. In their role, they managed the structural subcontractors and some finish subcontractors at the three and a half year Santa Monica Place Mall Renovation. Kyle was responsible for overseeing the contracts, submittals, document change management and subcontractor coordination for the following trades: survey, concrete, structural steel fabrication/erection, metal decking and ornamental handrails. Out of the 37 months they worked on the project, 10 of them were in Whiting-Turner's Agoura Hills office during the construction document design period. The remaining 27 months were spent in the temporary office located a block away from the construction site near the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica.

Kyle Kraemer attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout for both their Bachelor of Science in Construction Management as well as their Bachelor of Science in Business with a minor.

Kyle Kraemer reports to Tom Kraemer, CEO. They are on a team with Kevin Kraemer - Executive Vice President, Ross Kraemer - Vice President, and Ryan Kraemer - President.
