Jim Kelly

Jim Kelly has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Jim is currently working as the Director of Facility Operations at Kraft Sports + Entertainment, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they were the Owner/Operator at Mosaic Home Services since January 2017. Jim also served in the Tennessee Performing Arts Center as the Vice President of Event Operations from May 2021 to April 2022, and as the Director of Security & Safety from February 2020 to May 2021. Jim worked as an Account Manager at Whelan Event Services from April 2018 to June 2019. Jim has also held roles at Grand Ole Opry as the Director of Operations from July 2017 to January 2018, and the Director of Guest Experience from April 2016 to July 2017. In addition, they worked at STAPLES Center where they were the Director of Guest Services from August 2014 to March 2016, the Senior Manager of Guest Services from September 2011 to August 2014, and the Manager of Guest Services from January 2009 to September 2011. Jim started their professional career as an Assistant General Manager at Equinox from September 2006 to June 2008.

Jim Kelly attended Emerson College from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in TV/Communications.
