Dagmara Adamczyk

Dagmara Adamczyk, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Kraftanlagen Energies & Services since September 2011, Dagmara develops policies and procedures, leads project execution plans, and manages client relations effectively. Previous roles include Program Manager and Project Manager at the same company, where responsibilities encompassed framework program management, project coordination, and performance standards development.
