Yana Welinder is the CEO and Founder of Kraftful. Yana was previously the Head of Product at IFTTT from January 2018 to December 2019, where they led a team of Product Managers and the product development of iOS, Android, and web experiences that were enjoyed by millions of people around the world. Yana developed a strategy for the next generation of the company's core product offering and reorganized the Product and Engineering teams to be structured around impact areas, have ownership over important business metrics, and work within well-resourced teams to deliver on their OKRs.

Before IFTTT, Yana was a Product Manager at Carbon from January 2016 to December 2018. As PM #2 at a fast-growing unicorn, they led a team of engineers and materials scientists to disrupt manufacturing with digital production. Yana worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies, like Adidas and BMW, to develop and execute on a product roadmap for enterprise customers. Yana closely collaborated with their CEO to establish a product advisory board to help guide new product development and fast adoption within various verticals.

Yana started their career as an Affiliate at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University from January 2014 to December 2016.

Yana Welinder has an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, a law degree from Harvard Law School, and a Master's in Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Yana also completed a design thinking bootcamp at the Stanford Institute of Design.
