Maximilian Wermke

Maximilian Wermke has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Maximilian is currently a Co-Founder at Kraftling GmbH since January 2018. Prior to that, they worked at McKinsey & Company as a Consultant from July 2015 to October 2018. Maximilian also had a Consultant Internship at McKinsey & Company in June 2014. In addition, they completed internships at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in May 2014 and at Bain & Company from January to April 2014. Before their consulting experiences, they worked as a Mergers and Acquisitions Intern at KPMG from July to October 2013. Maximilian also acted as a Tutor in Quantitative Methods at Maastricht University from September 2011 to June 2013. Prior to that, they completed an Engineering Internship at Johnson Controls from July to September 2010. Their earliest work experience was as a Blacksmith at Hufbeschlag Wermke from April 2006 to February 2010.

Maximilian Wermke began their education in 2000 at Gymnasium Wermelskirchen, where they pursued studies in Mathematics, Physics, and English. Maximilian completed their Abitur degree in 2009. Maximilian then attended Maastricht University from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Business, with a major in Finance. In 2013, they participated in an exchange program at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where they focused on International Business. Lastly, from 2014 to 2015, Maximilian attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management and Strategy.
