Rika Marie N. is currently working as an HR-Manager at Kraftling GmbH. Prior to this, Rika Marie gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at both Kraftling GmbH and Hüttenwerke Krupp Mannesmann GmbH. Rika also has a background in general management and partner management from their time at RHIVE. Additionally, Rika Marie has worked as a Flugbegleiterin at Lufthansa and was involved in organizing the Marketing department at Symposium Oeconomicum Muenster e. V. Rika pursued their education at The University of Bonn and the University of Münster.
