Jin Hee Bae

Jin Hee Bae currently serves as the Lead of the CSR Team at KRAFTON Inc., where responsibilities include driving a long-term social responsibility strategy, enhancing brand reputation, and fostering cross-sector partnerships through strategic communication. Prior to joining KRAFTON, Jin Hee Bae worked at Microsoft in various roles, culminating as Philanthropies Lead for Asia-Pacific, focusing on regional CSR initiatives and stakeholder engagement across 13 countries. Earlier roles at Microsoft included Corporate Affairs Manager and Community Affairs Manager, where initiatives centered around digital inclusion and youth empowerment. Jin Hee Bae holds an MBA from SKK GSB Sungkyunkwan University and a Bachelor of Arts from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.
