Damon Alm

Damon Alm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business unit leadership within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Project Leader at Kraftringen since September 2024, Damon has previously held the position of Business Unit Manager for Energy, Flexibility & Renewables at Rejlers, where key contributions involved launching a new business area focused on power, heat, and energy gases. Prior roles include Group Manager and Project Engineer at ÅF, as well as a brief tenure as an Operations Engineer at Öresundskraft AB. Early career positions involved technical roles at BTMS and a partnership in developing a franchise system for self-service laundries at Bubblepoint Waschsalons. Damon holds a Civil Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University and an International Welding Engineer (IWE) certification from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
