Brandi Hurst

Brandi Hurst currently serves as Customer Growth Lead - US at Kraken, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Brandi was the Sr. Director of Strategic Accounts at Smart Energy Water from June 2023 to July 2025. Brandi's extensive experience includes a notable tenure at Alabama Power Company from September 2017 to June 2023, where key responsibilities involved marketing and business development in electric transportation, energy efficiency, and demand side management. Significant achievements include collaboration with the Alabama Clean Fuels Coalition to secure funding for EV charging infrastructure, development of load impact forecasting models, and the creation of comprehensive energy efficiency programs. Earlier roles include engineering analysis positions at Southern Company and Southern Power, where financial modeling and load forecasting were key focuses. Brandi holds an MBA from Samford University and a BBA in Finance from Auburn University.
