Donna Howden

Donna Howden is currently the Head of Operations (Water) at Kraken Technologies, leading the next phase of growth for the company. Prior to this, Donna founded Dale Travel UK as an independent travel agent, earning their own commission and helping others unlock travel secrets. With previous experience at Southern Water and O2, Donna has held various leadership roles in customer service, service design, complaints, and pay monthly service. Donna also served as the Chair of the Telefonica UK Women's Network and has experience in IT, risk management, and continuity. Their educational background includes GCSEs in various subjects from Reigate Sixth Form College and The Warwick School.
