Laura Segura Jiménez

Laura Segura Jiménez currently serves as Client Delivery Lead at Kraken, managing relationships with business counterparts and serving as the initial contact for issues and tech requests. Previously, Laura worked at Octopus Energy in Operations from May 2023 to March 2024, and as Team Leader at Bee Calling from July 2021 to May 2023, overseeing team training and management for multichannel service support in various fields. Laura holds a degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Valencia, currently in the fourth year of study.
