Bernard Mills

Bernard Mills serves as the CEO and Managing Director of STELIA Aerospace North America since December 2022, and holds positions as Chairperson of the Board and Board Member for the Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries (CADSI) since March 2020, and Kraken Robotics since December 2022, respectively. Bernard has extensive experience in leadership roles, including President of both Sonar Systems and Maritime Systems at Ultra Maritime from September 2014 to August 2022, and Regional Director for Australia & New Zealand. Previous positions include Business Leader in Defence & National Security at GHD, Director of Industrial Partnerships and General Manager of Strategy at Thales, and Senior Manager of Business Development at Price Waterhouse Coopers. Education credentials include an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and an Executive Leadership Program from Duke University, complemented by a Master of Arts in Defence and Strategic Studies from The Australian National University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from The University of Western Australia.
