Greg Reid

Greg Reid, CPA, CA, CFA, has extensive experience in corporate leadership and finance, holding positions such as President and CEO, COO, and CFO at Kraken Robotics since June 2015, where the focus is on advanced marine technology and underwater robotics. Prior to Kraken Robotics, Greg Reid founded GasGen Canada Ltd, serving as President and offering distributed power solutions. A substantial career in investment banking at Wellington West Capital Markets involved advising on capital raising and equity financing, complemented by roles at Versant Partners and Raymond James as a technology analyst. Earlier experience includes equity trading and research roles at New Brunswick Investment Management, supported by foundational accounting practice at Deloitte & Touche. Greg Reid holds a CA designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, a CFA from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts, and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of New Brunswick.
