Ben Gray is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the fintech and blockchain industries. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange since February 2025, Ben leads global legal, compliance, and risk teams. Additionally, Ben is a Charter Member of The L Suite (TechGC), a peer community for tech general counsels. Previously, Ben held significant roles at Paxos as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, overseeing legal and compliance teams, and at Block (formerly Square) as Deputy General Counsel and Global Chief Compliance Officer, where responsibilities included managing compliance programs across multiple countries.
