Guy Hirsch

Guy Hirsch has an extensive and diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Guy is currently serving as the Global Managing Director at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Director, North America at the same company from October 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining Kraken, Guy worked at eToro from December 2017 to October 2021, where they served as the USA Managing Director and played a pivotal role in establishing and leading eToro's U.S. business. Guy also held the position of Managing Director, eToro Art from October 2021 to October 2022.

From February 2016 to July 2017, Guy worked at Samsung SDS as the Director of Innovation Strategy. In this role, they defined an innovation framework that resulted in a 200% growth in the number of funded ideas. Guy oversaw the development and implementation of experimental AI and IoT solutions, and also led Design-led Thinking and Customer Development sessions and workshops.

Prior to their tenure at Samsung SDS, Guy worked at Samsung Electronics America as the Lead of Retail Innovation from July 2014 to February 2016. Guy defined an innovation framework for the retail organization and successfully managed Samsung's concept store in NYC as an innovation lab, overseeing multiple pilots and implementing selected concepts.

Guy's entrepreneurial journey began with Saygent, a venture-backed lean startup that they founded in December 2006. Guy raised $3M and shipped three products, winning Fortune 500/1000 accounts such as Ford, Comcast, Hertz, Samsung, RBC, and LVMH. Guy also participated in prestigious accelerator programs like the 500Startup and Innovation Endeavors' Runway program. Guy remained at Saygent until July 2014.

Before Saygent, Guy co-founded and served as CEO of Patus Inc from June 2003 to January 2006.

In their earlier career, Guy worked at The Economic Company as the Marketing Director from March 2001 to April 2003. Guy was responsible for business development, sales, and marketing efforts, focusing on analyzing Israeli Supreme Court rulings and their impact on real estate corporations, and partnering with law firms to mitigate taxation overpayment for customers.

Guy Hirsch attended Reichman University from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration.
