Jasmine Ghuman

Jasmine Ghuman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience leading Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams across multiple organizations. Currently, as Head of FP&A / Strategic Finance at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange since May 2022, Jasmine oversees corporate finance, business finance, and investor relations functions while reporting to the CFO. Prior roles include Senior Director of FP&A at Juniper Square, where Jasmine played a key role in strategic business planning and analysis, and Senior Director and Finance Director at LendingClub, contributing to financial strategy and reporting for the finance leadership team. Jasmine's earlier experience includes pivotal positions in mergers and acquisitions finance at Oracle, where responsibilities included developing budgets for acquisitions and conducting due diligence. Jasmine holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Loyola Marymount University and has completed investment banking certifications from Morgan Stanley and Training The Street.
