Pedro Lemos, CFA, currently serves as Chief of Staff at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange, having advanced through various roles within the company since November 2021, including Corporate Development Principal and Corporate Development Associate. Prior to this, Pedro gained experience at McKinsey & Company as an Associate, and completed internships at SGI Frontier Capital and McKinsey & Company. Earlier in the career, Pedro worked at Itaú Unibanco as an Associate in Itaú Asset Management and as a Trainee in Itaú BBA, as well as interning at Voith Hydro. Pedro holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, with additional studies as an exchange student at The Australian National University.
