Rachelle Wailes

Rachelle Wailes started their work experience in 2014 as the President & Co-Founder of KRAM Wellness, a position they still hold. In 2016, they became a Sales Associate at Bolton Orchards / Smith's Country Cheese. Then in 2017, they joined Cortex Dental Implants Industries Ltd. as an Inventory Manager until January 2018.

Rachelle Wailes completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychological Sciences at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. In 2022 and 2023, they pursued graduate certificates at Harvard Extension School, specializing in Topics in Human Behavior and Organizational Behavior. Rachelle also obtained several additional certifications, including Preventing and Responding to Sexual Harassment and Other Sexual Misconduct from Harvard University, Fundamentals of Deep Learning for Computer Vision Competency from NVIDIA, Youth Mental Health First Aid from Let's Empower, Advocate, and Do, Inc. (LEAD), and Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross.
