Jay Ethridge

Jay Ethridge is a seasoned development and community engagement professional with extensive experience in nonprofit settings. Currently serving as Development Manager at Kramden Institute since October 2022, Jay previously held the position of Director of Community Engagement at Triangle Ecycling, where responsibilities included fostering partnerships with local nonprofits, coordinating electronic donations, and managing digital literacy programs. Jay's earlier roles at Citizen Schools involved program management and volunteer coordination, alongside a foundational position as Teaching Associate. Educationally, Jay possesses a Master's degree in History from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
