Rafael Massei

Rafael Massei has a diverse work experience in the agricultural, industrial, construction, and groundcare sectors. Rafael began their career in 1986 at John Deere, where they held various roles, including Manager of Allied Products and International Marketing Manager for Lawn & Ground Care Products. Rafael then worked at Claas Italia SpA and Antonio Carraro SpA before joining the Merlo Group as Director of Export Sales. Rafael later became the Director of Sales for Agricultural Products at John Deere Italiana Srl and Director of Sales for Commercial & Golf Products at IBEA S.r.l. In 2018, they became the Managing Director of Raico S.r.l. before joining Kramp as Director Sales Italy and eventually taking on the role of Director Commerce Italy & Managing Director Kramp Srl. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership skills and an ability to manage large teams and achieve significant sales growth.

Rafael Massei has attended CFMT and Mercuri International for an unknown period of time. Rafael holds a Master's Degree in Scienze Agrarie - Agriculture from Università degli Studi di Milano.
