With an extensive background at CAPITAINE COOK, Anne-Laure has held various key roles including Responsible for Production, Responsible for Fabrication, Responsible for Process, and Workshop Manager for Prepared Products since October 2008. Anne-Laure holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Agro-food Production from FIP UBO / IFRIA, having completed the degree through an engineering school apprenticeship from 2005 to 2008.
