Marcello Boldrini

Co-CEO Kraton Corporation, CEO Kraton Pine Chemical Segment, Chief Sustainability Officer at Kraton Polymers

Marcello Boldrini was previously appointed the Senior Vice President and President, in April 2017. He leads Kraton’s Pine Chemical businesses, including Pine Adhesives and Chemical Intermediates. In April 2021 he was also appointed to the role of Chief Sustainability Officer. Prior to Kraton, Mr. Boldrini held senior-level roles at Houghton International, Hexion/Momentive, Ashland, Quaker Chemical, and Unilever/Unichema, and served on several JV boards internationally.

Mr. Boldrini holds a MS in Chemistry from the University of Milan, Italy and an MBA from Bocconi University in Milan Italy.
