Markus Eslitzbichler

Markus Eslitzbichler is an experienced professional in product management and software development, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions since June 2020, overseeing the product strategy and development of cloud-native satellite communications solutions. Previously, Markus co-founded Autact AS and worked as a Senior Consultant at Conceptos Consulting, where responsibilities included leading the development of banking solutions hosted in Azure. Markus has also held positions such as R&D Manager and R&D Engineer at Appear TV AS, where a new video compression product portfolio was developed, and a PhD candidate at NTNU, focusing on geometric shape analysis in computer animation. An extensive background in software development is evident through earlier roles at Convergent Information Technologies GmbH, AeroSpy Sense & Avoid Technology, and Echelon Software. Markus holds a PhD in Mathematics from NTNU and multiple degrees from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz.
