Paul Davenport

Paul Davenport has a strong background in finance and accounting with over 20 years of experience. Paul has held several leadership positions, including Corporate Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions and Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting at Maxwell Technologies. Paul also has experience as a Director of Finance/Financial Reporting/Controller at Financial Management and Reporting Consultants and as a Manager of Financial Reporting & Corporate Treasurer at American Superconductor. Prior to that, they worked as a Managing Partner at Davenport and Galer, CPA's and as a Controller at The Kirkland Group. Paul began their career as an Audit Supervisor at Grant Thornton and as a Staff Accountant at KPMG. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for a wide range of financial reporting, accounting, and management tasks, including SEC reporting, technical accounting, equity transactions, and stock plan administration. Paul has worked in various industries, including defense, technology, biotech, manufacturing, and energy.

Paul Davenport obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, during the period from 1980 to 1983. Paul holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.
