Aaron Jones

Aaron Jones has accumulated a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Aaron began working as an Electronics Technician at HOCO Entertainment & Resorts in 2002 before transitioning to Kraun Electric Inc. in 2003. At Kraun Electric, they initially worked as an Electrician for seven years until 2010. Aaron then took on various managerial roles within the company, including Chief Estimator, Construction Sales and Marketing Manager, and Director of Business Development. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing market research, sales strategies, financial analysis, client relations, and contract negotiations. Aaron'scontributions eventually led to him being promoted to General Manager in 2015. Currently, Aaron holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Kraun Electric Inc., where they focus on developing and executing strategies while also developing their team.

Aaron Jones has a diverse education history encompassing different fields of study. Aaron'seducation journey began in 2000 at Niagara College, where they pursued a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. Aaron spent three years at the college before completing their degree in 2003.

Following their time at Niagara College, Aaron pursued an Electrician Apprenticeship at Mohawk College from 2004 to 2007. During this period, they focused on developing the skills required for becoming a Commercial Journeyman Electrician.

Aaron's educational pursuits extended further, as they enrolled at Athabasca University in 2011. Aaron studied Business Administration and Management, with a focus on the general field of Business Administration. Aaron dedicated four years to earn their Bachelor of Management degree, which they successfully obtained in 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Aaron also obtained a certification called QuantumShift™. Aaron acquired this certification in October 2021 from The Ivey Academy - Executive Education - Ivey Business School.
